Your Next Chapter Abroad is a consultancy operated by Neil Crossland, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We provide relocation consultancy services for individuals and professionals considering a move to Southeast Asia.

2. Our Services
We offer the following consultancy services:
- The Retirement Clarity Session – A 90-minute private Zoom consultation with a personalised written report delivered within 3–5 business days.
- The Scouting Blueprint – A custom-designed 14-day itinerary and research package to help you assess your chosen destination.
- The Full Relocation – End-to-end project management support for your international relocation.
All services are consultancy in nature. We provide strategic guidance, information, and introductions based on our experience and knowledge. We are not lawyers, immigration advisers, financial advisers, or medical professionals, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice.
3. Bookings and Payment
All services must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Payments are accepted in GBP, USD, and AUD via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted).
Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours before your scheduled session: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.
- Less than 48 hours before your scheduled session: No refund, but we will offer one complimentary rescheduling.
- No-shows: No refund will be issued.
- Reports and written deliverables: Once work has commenced on a written report or blueprint, no refund will be issued for that component.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information and guidance we provide, we make no warranties or representations that:
- The information provided will be accurate, complete, or up to date at all times;
- Our guidance will result in a successful relocation;
- Visa regulations, tax laws, or property markets in any destination will remain unchanged.
You acknowledge that international relocation involves inherent risks and uncertainties, and that the ultimate responsibility for any decision made rests with you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, or costs incurred as a result of acting on our guidance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including written reports, guides, templates, and materials delivered as part of our services, is the intellectual property of Your Next Chapter Abroad. You may use these materials for your own personal relocation planning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our materials without our prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required to deliver our services (for example, making an introduction to a vetted professional in your destination country) or as required by law.
9. Third-Party Referrals
We may introduce you to third-party professionals including immigration specialists, estate agents, healthcare brokers, and tax advisers. These introductions are made in good faith based on our experience and knowledge. We do not accept commissions or referral fees from any third party, and we are not responsible for the services provided by any third party to whom we make an introduction.
10. Acceptable Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems;
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content via our contact forms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.
