3. Lead Magnets and Email Opt-In

By downloading a free resource or opting in to our mailing list, you consent to receiving a series of follow-up emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Paid Sessions — Bookings and Cancellations

Retirement Clarity Sessions are booked and paid for in advance via TidyCal and Stripe.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable
• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative appointment

Sessions are conducted via video call. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable internet connection and device.

5. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our consulting services. Relocation decisions are personal and complex, and results will vary depending on individual circumstances. Our role is to share knowledge, experience, and introductions to vetted professionals — not to make decisions on your behalf.
